Willie Earl Murry

MURRY, Willie Earl a resident of Montgomery, Alabama passed away Friday, August 25, 2023 at his residence.  Willie Earl Murry born on October 14, 1963 to the late Mrs. Willie Ann Murray and Charlie Murray in Tuskegee, Alabama.

Willie joined the United States Army on November 23, 1982, in which he was dedicated for eleven years. Willie was a hard worker, and a die hard Alabama fan. He was a devoted and loving husband and father, he loved taking care of his family. Willie would offer assistance to anyone in a time of need.

On June 9, 1989 Willie met the love of his life,  Lydia M. Candelaria-Valencia.  On that date they started their journey together in Fort Dix, New Jersey.

He was preceded in death by both parents and two brothers, Robert and Cossie Murray.

He leaves to cherish his memory wife, Lydia M. Candelaria-Valencia; four children, Jose (Donielle), Little Willie, Tavares, and Whitney; three grandchildren, Rondarius, Tavares, and Londyn; six siblings, Daisy Austin, Pastor Famous Murray (Anne), Charles Murray (Shelvea), Minnie Ware (Cleve), James Murray, and Ralph Murray (Polly); and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. 

Funeral service will be Friday, September 01, 2023 - 10:00am at Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services, 901 South McDonough Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.  Burial will take place at 1:15pm Friday, September 01, 2023 at Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Highway 119, Montevallo, Alabama 35115.
