Oliver Hines, Vielettia was born February 19, 1953 to the late Dewey and I.V. Oliver in Pike County, Alabama. She confessed her faith in Christ and joined the Macedonian CME Methodist Church at an early age. She grew up in Pike County and graduated from Goshen High School in 1971.
She moved to Birmingham and helped take care of her grandchildren. Ms. Hines enjoyed cooking and sewing. Mrs. Vielettia is preceded in death by her parents, Dewey and I.V. Oliver, daughter, Tenesia Oliver, sister, Gloria Brown, brother, Willie James Oliver and niece, Amanda Lampley.
Vielettia leaves to cherish her memories to her one and only son, HaWuan (Joyel) Oliver, one sister, Lois Oliver Harris, four grand -children, Tashana (Rodericuze) Monroe, Tiana Hall, Maurice Hall and JaHyia Oliver, two step grandchildren, Janae Lowery and Jalanta Franklin and five great grandchildren, two nieces, Laretha Todd and Termica Harris, Six nephews, Kevin (Janice) Brown, Darron Brown, Terrell Harris, Ivan Overall, Albert (Jonna Thonen) Hardy and Nick Oliver and a host of Friends and Family.
