Vanitha Ayyalsamy of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away on Saturday, March 7th at 11:25 AM surrounded by her family and close friends. She was beloved for her gentle demeanor and generosity.
She is survived by her loving husband (Balraj Arya), son (Ritikraj Arya), and daughter (Rhea Arya). Vanitha’s warm presence will be dearly missed.
Vanitha served for several decades as a devoted public servant at the Alabama Department of Human Resources, where she made a lasting impact on all of her colleagues and the people of Alabama. She was well known both at work and around her community for her unparalleled cooking ability. Most of all, her family and friends will miss her hugs and her ability to love deeply.
Funeral rights will be Wednesday, March 11, 2026 ~ 1:00pm at Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services, 901 South Mcdonough Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104. Visitation will be Wednesday, March 11, 2026 11:00am to 1:00pm.
