Tony "Tshaw" Lamar Shaw

Mr. Tony Lamar “TShaw” Shaw was born on January 20, 1975, to Mary A. Shaw and the late Tommie Hall in Montgomery, Alabama.

 He graduated from George Washington Carver High School in 1994. He worked for over 20 years at the Alabama Department of Revenue and retired in late 2022.

Tony passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 09, 2025, at Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery, Alabama.

Tony's life will always be remembered by his devoted and loving mother, Mary A. Shaw; his only child, Donterrious Maddox; a devoted lady friend, LaTonya Smith; a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other extended family and friends.  

Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 20, 2025 - 12:00pm at Peoples Baptist Church, 2970 Dorchester Drive, Montgomery, Alabama 36116.  Visitation will be Friday, September 19, 2025 - 9:00am to 6:00pm at Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services, 901 South McDonough Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.
