Sarah Inell Perry was born September 24, 1957, to the late Tom and Clara Perry. She confessed Christ at an early age and joined Freewill Missionary Baptist Church. Ms. Perry departed this life on December 21, 2023.
She was preceded in death by her nine siblings: Ruby, Patricia, Eliza, Cunning, Dianne, Clara, Hattie Mae, Tom, and William.
Sarah attended G. W. Carver High School. She furthered her education at Trenholm State Community College, in which she received a degree to work at Maxwell Air Force Base. She was in the nursing field for 30+ years. Her last place of employment was as a supply handler at Koch Foods.
She leaves to cherish her memories: four daughters: Tommekia Tymes, Latonya Williams, Ira (Dewayne) Dixon, and Tracey Perry; ten grandchildren: Ericah, Jasmine, Azaria, Edric, Andrea, Jason, Jayden, Jaila, Shamekia, and Zariyah; four great grandchildren; Brandon, Shaviya, Amirah, and Zuri; Four sisters: Lois Perry, Dorothy (Terry Lee) Johnson and Wanda Perry, all of Montgomery, Alabama and Annie B (Willie) Rushton of Cleveland, OH. Three brothers: Stanley (Pamela) Perry, Robert Perry, and Frank (Elizabeth) Perry, all of Montgomery, Alabama; a host of nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. Special nieces and nephew: Sherry Faire, Monica Reeves, Corey Perry and Eric Reeves. Four special friends: Helen Dixon, Ethel Thompson, Tricia Hall and Elizabeth Singleton. She held all her relatives and friends close to her heart.
Funeral service will be Saturday, January 06, 2024-12:00pm at Freewill Missionary Baptist Church, 1724 Hill Street, Montgomery, Alabama. Visitation will be Friday, January 05, 2024 - 8am-6pm at Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services, 901 South McDonough Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.
