Robin Sue Francis

Robin “Byrd” Sue Francis, of Verbena, AL, a mischievous spirit and devoted mother of 3 passed away peacefully under the care of hospice at the age of 49, on January 28th, 2025 of acute respiratory failure.

 Byrd was born on May 13, 1975 to Ruth Tait and Duane Francis in Bay City, MI. She was Certified Massage Therapist and Certified Nurses Assistant.

Byrd was a free spirit who roamed as she pleased. Although she was not loved by many, she loved fiercely. She lived her life with an adventurous heart embodying the true essence of a free spirit.

Robin enjoyed spending her time with her friends and family, fishing, and gambling. Robin was predeceased in death by (Grandmother) Shirley Christian ,(Grandparents)  Donald and Phyllis Francis, (Father) Duane Francis ,(Grandchildren) Aubrianna Rose Francis and Michael Duane Francis, (Niece) Londyn Bolte and Many Aunts and Uncles . She is survived by her 3 Children Ashton Gonzales (Hannah and Liam) , Angelica Francis “Zimmer” ,Duane “Bubba” Francis, Mother Ruth Tait (Chuck), Brother Donny Francis (Paula and Christian), Sister Tresa Bolte (Richard and Dakota) and many aunts, uncles, and cousins  .

A grieving space will be held at Glenwood Baptist in Prattville, AL,  Saturday Feb 1st  at 11 AM and a memorial Service will be held at a later time . In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to her final expenses via Go fund me https://gofund.me/5b48e9f6
