HOWELL, Jr., Robert “Bob” E. resident of Montgomery, Alabama transitioned on Friday, May 23, 2025, at his residence. Visitation will be held Friday, May 30, 2025, at 10:00am at First Methodist Church, 2416 West Cloverdale Park in Montgomery, Alabama. A memorial service will follow at 11:00am at the church.
