Robert Gibbs Obituary

Robert Thomas Gibbs, 48, of Logansport, IN, passed away on March 11, 2024, in Eclectic, Alabama. He was born on September 13, 1975.

Robert was a jack of all trades, but most recently served as a mechanic in the local area. He was known for his ability to create moments of intense excitement, bitter defeat, and hilarious inside jokes. Robert was a master at causing both smiles and groans simultaneously, which endeared him to all who had the pleasure of spending time with him.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa, step-children Brad and Steven (Laurie), granddaughter Emma Birnell, mother and father Harry and Joyce Gibbs, sister Jennifer, and two nieces Kaley and Meagan.

As per Robert's request, no funeral or memorial service will be held. The family is shocked and saddened by this loss and unfortunately not financially prepared as this was unexpected. If you knew Robert, you’d know how much they touched the lives of everyone around them. It’s now our turn to give back and help Theresa and their children as they deal with the loss of Robert. If you would like to donate to assist with burial costs, please send money through Brad Birnell, son of Theresa.
