Rebecca Parker Workman
February 02, 1947 – June 28, 2026
Rebecca Parker Workman, originally from Ramer, Alabama, and a longtime resident of Montgomery, Alabama, passed away peacefully on June 28, 2026, at the age of 79.
Born on February 2, 1947, Rebecca was a beloved figure in her community, known for her warmth, kindness, and laughter. Her life was defined by the deep love she shared with those closest to her.
Rebecca was preceded in death by her cherished husband, David Workman. Her legacy of love lives on through her surviving family, including her brother, Donald Parker; her devoted sons, Ron Wilhoite and Eric Wilhoite; and her daughter-in-law, Nikkie. She was also the incredibly proud grandmother of four grandchildren, who brought immense joy and love to her later years.
Visitation
A visitation with the family will be held on Tuesday, July 7, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at: Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services, 901 S. McDonough Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104
In accordance with Rebecca’s wishes and her generous spirit, the family kindly asks that, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her memory to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the prayers, support, and condolences during this difficult time.
Interment
Interment will be held Friday, July 10, 2026 ~ 1:15pm at Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Highway 119, Montevallo, Alabama 36115 on the side of her husband Samuel David Workman.
