Raymond Rawlinson Obituary

Raymond Rawlinson, age 75, of Prattville, Alabama, went home to be with the Lord on January 13, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Thelma and Ira Rawlinson; his brothers Ronald Rawlinson, Harold Rawlinson, and Jerry Rawlinson; his sister Patricia (Patty) Morgan; and his son Stephen Rawlinson.

He is survived by his loving wife, Antonia Rawlinson, his siblings David(Lynn) Rawlinson, and Carolyn (Bruce) Lafogg, his children Patricia (Chad) Manning, Adam (Ashley) Rawlinson, and Gina Rawlinson; his grandchildren Corey (Ashton) Baker, Austin Baker, Hunter (Brandi) Manning, Brandon Manning, Nick Baker, Dylan Lawshe, Braden Kelling, Lexie Frost, Macy Rahn, Harper Schuller, Ashton Rawlinson, and Alden Rawlinson; and five great-grandchildren.

Raymond was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend. He proudly served his country in the United States Marine Corps, and he lived a life rooted in love and family. He will be remembered for his kind heart, strong work ethic, generosity, and the way he always put others first.

He was a true friend to many — always willing to help, always showing up, and never asking for anything in return. If something was broken, he could fix it. If someone needed help, he was there. That’s just who he was.

He will be deeply missed, forever loved, and never forgotten.

Per his wishes, our family will gather for a private memorial on Friday. We are deeply grateful for the love, prayers, and support and appreciate your understanding as we honor him.

As we extend our deepest condolences to you and your family during this difficult time, we would also like to express our utmost gratitude to you for entrusting us with your loved one. Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services.
