Quinteze Shaquille Smith (Doodle Bug) was born May 18, 1992, to Camilla Smith Debardelaben and Milton Broadnax in Montgomery, Al. He was the youngest of his siblings.
Quinteze loved all sports, but baseball was his favorite. He played baseball from the age of nine to fifteen. He graduated from Covenant Academy. He was an avid Alabama fan. As the baby brother, Doodle Bug was always keeping tabs on his older siblings, makings memories with friends, and spending time with his best friend, Johnathan Smedley, who since fourth grade, was a constant presence in his life.
As a young man he was very industrious and enjoyed trying new things. He was very adventurous and loved spending time visiting the mountains and the beach.
He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother Camilla Smith Debardelaben (Gerrell), his father Milton Broadnax (Telidia), three brothers, Quinterius Smith, Stefon Lewis and Jack Reynolds; four sisters Chenika Smith, Chequila Smith, Chenereca Lewis, and Jiaya Broadnax, Grand-parents, John and Nora Smith Bledsoe, Charlie and Barbara Broadnax,
and Frank and Jeanette McLeod. His beloved girlfriend, Shayolandria Hines and devoted friends Johnathan Smedley and Chris Mallard. A host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 28, 2025 - 11:00am to 2:00pm at Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services, 901 South McDonough Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.
