Quentin J Armstrong

It is with deep sorrow and loving remembrance that we announce the passing of Quentin Jaquan Armstrong, who departed this life peacefully on July 14, 2025, at the age of 42. Quentin was born on February 2, 1983, a date that would later become doubly significant when he chose it to marry the love of his life, Patricia Murray, on February 2, 2018.

Quentin gave his life to God at an early age, and throughout his journey, he carried with him a quiet strength, a generous heart, and an unwavering faith that inspired all who knew him. He had a passion for art, writing, drawing and he loved music. His presence was a blessing, and his memory will remain a light in the hearts of his family and friends.

 He was the cherished son of Pamlet Armstrong Hutchinson Wilson, and the beloved son of Michael Black. Quentin was a proud and loving brother to Travis Armstrong, Kenyatte Armstrong, Shanice Armstrong, Harven Wilson III, Brendan Black, and Michael Black Jr.

He was also a devoted husband to Patricia, who now holds dear the precious memories they created together.

Quentin now joins in eternal rest his grandparents Willie James Armstrong and Earline Thomas Armstrong, and Lucy Black. He is also preceded in death by his step-father Charles T Hutchinson, two uncles, Fredderick Leroy Armstrong and Patrick Alexander Armstrong.

 He leaves to mourn his passing his devoted cousin Vincent Bernard Armstrong Jr., six nephews, four nieces, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who will miss his warmth, laughter, and steady presence.

Quentin’s life was a testament to love, resilience, and faith. He walked with grace, gave with humility, and loved with his whole heart. Though his physical presence has departed, his spirit will forever remain in the lives of those he touched.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, July 26, 2025 - 3:00pm at Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services, 901 South McDonough Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.  Visitation will be Friday, July 25, 2025 - 8:30am to 6:00pm at Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services, 901 South McDonough Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.
