Patsy Maxine Miller

MILLER, Patsy Maxine a resident of Tallassee, Alabama passed away Saturday, May 23, 2026, at her residence.   Our hearts are heavy as we announce the passing of our beloved mother Pasty Miller. She was a loving mother, sister, daughter & friend. She peacefully passed away on May 23rd 2026 at the age of 72. She was born in Oneonta, Alabama. She is proceeded in death by her late Parents Frank & Bessie Clark. She is survived by her children, Cassie & Marty Lewis, Gena & Gary Hepburn, Jennifer & Johnny Morton, & Christy Griffith, 13 Grandchildren & 5 great grandchildren & her siblings 3 sisters and 2 brothers & many nieces and nephews.

Pat’s main focus in life was being the best mother that she could be. She loved her family and friends with the ferocity of a mother bear.”

She will be profoundly missed and forever cherished by her children, family & friends.  She was always someone her kids could go to for advice, love and comfort.

She was a caretaker, always helping others. She loved to cook & have friends over.

She embodied the best of qualities: unconditional love, strength of devotion and an unending generosity that could be seen in her care for her family and friends.”

Pat was a very strong-willed woman and extremely independent. Unfortunately, that would all come to an end in mid-2024 when she was diagnosed with Dementia. She could no longer live on her own. Her daughters Gena & Jennifer helped take care of their Mom by moving her in with them. Later settling with Jennifer during the course of Jennifer taking care of her mom, Pat had one last wish and that was to die peacefully in her home. A request that was granted. “

At this time there will be no services due to her wishes & we honor her. However at the end of June we will set a date to have a Celebration of Life. Where we can all say our last goodbyes. If anyone would like to help in putting this Celebration together please get in touch with Pat’s daughters.
