WILLIAMS, Natarcha Celeste "Tarsha" a resident of Selma, Alabama passed away Wednesday, February 04, 2026 in a Montgomery, Alabama hospital. Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 14, 2026 ~ 11:00am CST at Ellwood Community Church, 1 Bell Road, Selma, Alabama 36701. Balloon Release will be Friday, February 13, 2026 ~ 6:00pm CST at Chanel's Event Center, 1801 Summerfield Road, Selma, Alabama 36701.
