Jimmy "Big E" J Moore

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of  Jimmy J Moore “Big E” a beloved resident of Montgomery, AL, who departed this life peacefully on October 23, 2025, surrounded by family. He was a shining light in the lives of everyone who knew him and will be deeply missed.

Born to the late Pattie Moore and Michael Moore Sr., Jimmy was preceded in death by his cherished sister, Irma Moore. He leaves behind a two brothers , Michael Moore, Wayne Moore, and a devoted niece Taquita Moore who will carry on his memory with love and fondness. A host of cousins and special friends. 

Jimmy was known for his vibrant spirit, generosity, and unwavering support of family and friends. He brought warmth and joy into every room he entered, leaving an indelible mark on all who were lucky enough to know him.

A celebration of his life will be held on a later date . The family would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for the overwhelming love and support we have received during this difficult time. The calls, messages, and condolences following the passing of our beloved Jimmy have brought us comfort and solace.  Rest peacefully, dear Jimmy . We will carry your love with us always.
