Harry "Pete" Lee Poole

POOLE, Harry "Pete" Lee, 79, a resident of Auburn, AL, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, surrounded by his loving family.  Pete, affectionately known as "Papa" brought warmth and kindness to everyone he met and had a special love for his children and grandchildren. Pete was preceded in death by his parents, Marion and Howard Poole, and his little brother, Bill Poole.

He is survived by Betsy Poole; his sister, Faith (Randy) Pinkston; his children, Kenleigh (Dustin) Maines and Elizabeth Dewberry; his grandchildren, Kayleigh (Levi)Lucas, Savannah Maines, James, Selah, and Eden Dewberry; and great grandson, Theo Lucas.

A private graveside will be held for family only.  A celebration of Life will be held Saturday, January 04, 2025, -3:00pm in The Stakely Sanctuary at First Baptist Church, 305 South Perry Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104,
