Gracie Williams Obituary

WILLIAMS, Gracie Mae, a resident of Montgomery, Al., passed away peacefully at home on May 01, 2024 at the age of 78. Gracie was preceded in death by her husband Mark Williams, by her parents Fannie (Willie Sr.) Atkins and Major Graham, her brothers Willie Jr Atkins, Eugene Atkins, and her son Vicente Key.

 

She is survived by her sister Rosemary (Ken Avery) Miller, by her daughters Aggienest White, Andrea Key, Phorphinina (Michael) Summers, her sons Major Key and Samuel (Shirley)Key Sr. Gracie is by survived by grandchildren Samuel (Kawanda) Key, LaTasha Key, Vinterrance Key, Deveiousi Key, Michael Key, Tyral (Liz)Key, Wendell Key, LaSha McIntyre, Graison Dortch, Darnell Dortch, Sinquacta (Gary) Williams, Kenneth Thomas Jr, and Stephanie Thomas. Also survived by host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family members and a host devoted friends. Gracie devoted her life to caring for children, and others. Gracie stood on business when it came to her “Auburn Tigers “ with her “War Eagle” for life. Gracie’s remains will be scattered at a later date and a private family gathering will be held at her home
