Fidel Oliver

On May 26th 1986 Fidel Oliver was born to Velvia Oliver and Kelvin Curry our beloved Fidel transitioned to his eternal rest August 1st 2025. Fidel confessed Christ at an early age he was baptized and joined Second Baptist Church in Montgomery Alabama.  Fidel was a student of Montgomery public School system until he graduated. He then started working as a line associate for many years building car parts.  Fidel loved his family and he loved people and he never met a stranger and he had a heart of gold and could keep you laughing.

 Fidel was preceded in death by his loving grandparents Denise (Paul) Crowell and also Betty Curry (Willie Peak) and nephew Javonte Smith.

Fidel is survived by his parents his mother Velvia Oliver Jones and his father Kelvin (Juanita) Curry all of Montgomery Alabama, two adorable sons; Aurmani Oliver and Jayceon Olive, a beautiful bonus daughter; Kam'rn Smith. Fidel also leaves to cherish his memory four sisters; Jacqueline Oliver Jalisa Jones, Amanda Jackson, and Kimberly (Porsche) Whitehurst and a bonus sister Shamika Miles, four brothers; Darnell Murdock, Anterrio Johnson, Jason Burch, Calvin Gibson.  Fidel also leaves two bonus brothers; Travis Pine and Frederico Turner, two dedicated uncles Paul (Michelle) Crowell of Montgomery Alabama and Daryl (Amber) Curry of Columbus Ohio and a host of others. Fidel was a great uncle and a wonderful nephew he was truly loved by all and he will truly be missed.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, August 09, 2025 ~ 1:30pm at Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services, 901 South McDonough Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.  Public viewing will be Friday, August 08, 2025 ~ 8:30am to 6:00pm at Magnolia Cremations & Funeral Services, 901 South McDonough Street, Montgomery, Alabama 36104.
