Elaine Judah

JUDAH, Elaine T. peacefully left this old world to walk with Jesus on Monday, October 28, 2024.

 Elaine was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph S. Thorne and Delene Baker Thorne, her sister, Mildred Mercer, and her brothers, Joe Thorne and Howard Thorne.  Elaine is survived by her husband, Titus Judah, Sr., her son, Titus “Boo” Judah, Jr. (Allison), her daughter Landee J. Hamner (Bill), Granddaughter Kendall Helms (Caleb), Grandson Micah Judah, Grandson Mitchell Judah, Granddaughter Julianna Judah, Grandson Gabe Judah, Grandson Jon Mark Judah, Step-Granddaughter Rachel Joiner (Bobby), Great Grandson Braxton Helms, Great Grandson Maddux Helms, Step-Great Grandson Charlie Joiner and Step-Great Grandson Carter Joiner, along with her brother, David Thorne (Sarah), her sisters Pam Prestridge (Len), Patty Whaley (Cecil), and Peggy Reeves (Barry).

Elaine was a wonderful and devoted wife to Titus Judah, Sr. for 63 years.  She was known by her family and close friends to be a God-fearing, family-loving woman, who loved to cook for her loved ones, spoil her grandchildren, and go to church.  She attended Christ Life Church in Wetumpka, Alabama.

 Elaine will be greatly missed, but her family is at peace knowing she has passed on from death to life.  (John 5:24).

 A Memorial and Celebration of Life Service will be held in her honor for family and friends on Friday, November 1, 2024, at Christ Life Church in Wetumpka, Alabama at 3:00 p.m.
