Barbara Ann Peoples Phillips

PEOPLES PHILLIPS, Barbara Ann a resident of Montgomery, Alabama passed away Sunday, December 15, 2024 in a local hospital. Barbara was born on April 6, 1964 in Montgomery County, Alabama to Sadie B. Howard- Peoples and the late Joseph Peoples.

At an early age, Barbara joined St. Paul Baptist Church. She attended Georgia Washington in Mt. Meigs, Alabama and Jefferson Davis in

Montgomery, Alabama. She later enrolled in Job Corps where she went to finish her education in Kentucky.

On December 26, 2024 Barbara departed this earthly life at the age of 60 at Jackson Hospital in Montgomery, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her father Joseph Peoples and her brothers Jimmy Peoples and Melvin Caldwell.

Barbara now watches over her husband Jesse Phillips Jr of Montgomery, Alabama, daughter Kevita Peoples of Montgomery, Alabama, son Kendall Peoples of Lafayette, Louisiana, and son Kendrick Peoples of Montgomery, Alabama. Three grandchildren, Quianna Peoples, J'Darius Washington And Serenity Peoples. Four great grandchildren, Khyson Washington,William Anderson, Ava Peoples and Autymn Johnson, Mother, Sadie B. Peoples of Montgomery, Alabama, three sisters, Sadie (William) Taylor of Montgomery, Alabama, Stella Peoples of Montgomery, Alabama and Jacqueline Washington of Montgomery, Alabama and a beautiful host of nieces and nephews.
